Preferred Formats
Windows/MSDOS compatible, standard DBF format. Files should be zipped using a standard compression program such as WinRAR, WinZip, PKZIP, or Stuffit.

Alternate File Formats
Windows/MSDOS compatible. ASCII or EBCDIC, fixed length fields, delimited variable length fields, standard office suite file formats (Word, Excel, Access, etc.), and many others. Limited support for certain MAC formats, with additional processing and charges.

Preferred Media Types
DVD or CD.

Alternate Media Types
IBM compatible 1/2 inch tape, labeled or unlabeled. ASCII or EBCDIC, uncompressed 3480/3490 cartridges, 1600/6250 BPI reel tapes, IOMEGA ZIP Disks, Jaz disks, or 3.5 floppy disks.

*Note that additional processing and charges required if these media types are used.

Preferred Method of File Transmission
Click on the "File Transfer" button on the menu at the top of this page. It will guide you through a series of steps to automatically post your file to our secure FTP site. It will also notify us that you have posted this file.

Alternate Methods of File Transmission
Email, FTP (your site or ours), or direct modem connection
