DEPARTMENT:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Prospecting, developing customer relationships, and managing client work after the sale. Maintain a focus on increasing revenue and margins while representing the company positively in the marketplace.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell established monthly quota. Upsell customers.
Manage customer work by communicating with Project Managers and other staff as necessary regarding coordination and tracking of production, and answering customer questions.
- Qualify prospects and develop prospect list by networking, conducting research, doing “drop offs” and delivering other related communication.
- Add qualified prospects to internal databases as appropriate.
- Set appointments for closing business, involving other staff as needed.
- Participate in events, including Sunrise Solutions, client entertainment, and association functions.
- Complete and submit required paperwork, including expense reports, commission statement reviews, board-requested information, and sales analysis/projections as specified.
- Accept all phone calls received while in office and attend to customer and prospect needs in a timely and thorough manner.
- Attend weekly status meeting.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven computer literacy with advanced level proficiency with MS Office, First Logic, Programming, Filter/Scripting (First Logic), Print Software – GMC. Intermediate level proficiency with Keying/Typing, Crystal Reports, Data Junction, and Internet protocol.
- Adaptable with the ability to dynamically prioritize according to the current situation.
- Effective time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and training/instructing skills.
- Solid reasoning and problem solving skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills.
ENVIRONMENT & WORKING CONDITIONS:
Usual office environment and working conditions that require sitting, standing, typing/keying.
